Payment of Accounts |

Full payment is due on departure at your hotel and can be made by cash, cheque or credit card.
Prices |
|
The holiday price will be confirmed at the time of booking. Devon and Cornwall Coach Holidays with Brend Hotels reserve the right to promote further rate reductions or special offers. This will in no way affect the price agreed and will be confirmed to you in writing. All bookings will stand – at the price at the time of booking. All prices shown are per person, include VAT at 17.5% and will vary with any change in government legislation or increased insurance charges.
Incidentals |

Any extra charges incurred during your stay must be settled the night before departure.
Single Rooms |
|
There is no supplement for single bedded rooms. However you are advised to book early due to limited availability. We do let a limited number of small double/twin rooms for sole occupancy at a supplement.
Meals |
|
There is no reduction for meals not taken.
Excursions |
|
Are included in the holiday price. However, should any alteration of arrangements occur, there will be no monetary compensation. We reserve the right to alter excursions at our discretion.
Entertainment |
|
This is provided at the discretion of the hotel and not guaranteed. Should there be a lack of demand or insufficient numbers, entertainment could be withdrawn.
Children |
|
For children under 12 years of age sharing adult accommodation there is a 50% reduction.
Pets |
|
We regret we are unable to accept any pets on Coach Holidays (with the exception of Guide dogs).
Amendments |
|
Should you wish to alter your booking in any way, it is essential that the adjustment is made to The Travel Centre 4 weeks before departure. This can be done by telephone or in writing.
Comments |
|
Any cause for dissatisfaction must be taken up at the time with the hotel management. If you still remain dissatisfied, any complaint must be made in writing to the Tour Director, Mr N Maun, at Brend Hotels Travel Centre within 14 days.
Cancellation by Devon and Cornwall Coach Holidays

We reserve the right to cancel any tours that do not reach the minimum number 2 weeks before departure. The company will endeavour to offer an equivalent holiday or hotel. Clients will have the choice to cancel without penalty, where upon liability on the part of Brend Hotels will cease.
Brochure Accuracy |

Every effort has been made to ensure the information contained in the brochure is correct at the time of going to press. However, we reserve the right to vary, cancel or amend any arrangements featured in the brochure because of unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of Devon and Cornwall Coach Holidays, without any liability to Devon and Cornwall Coach Holidays.

All Coach holidays and all Coach Holiday booking conditions adhere to the regulations of the European Community directive on package holidays.
Cancellation Passengers |

If you have to cancel your holiday with us for any reason, you will be charged for the full cost of your tour. There will be no exception to this rule.
Special Requirements |
|
We reserve the right to terminate your holiday if it is deemed that you are incapacitated or in need of a carer whilst staying at Brend Hotels. Our staff are not able to assist guests beyond their normal duties. If you require further clarification/information please contact Nigel Maun, Devon and Cornwall Coach Holidays Director. We will endeavour to comply with your needs but this is not guaranteed. If you fail to notify us of any special needs/requirements at the time of booking we will not be held responsible for any inconvenience or costs incurred by you, this may include us having to refuse to take you on holiday.
