Whether you’re a scratch golfer or just enjoy walking the course looking for your ball, there are some fantastic golfing opportunities around Devon and Cornwall, some only minutes from a Brend Hotel.

Justifiably renowned as two of the country’s finest links courses, the East and West courses at Saunton Golf Club are just a short drive from the Imperial Hotel and adjacent to one of our sister properties, the Saunton Sands Hotel. A little further afield, the Carlyon Bay Hotel, also owned by Brends, has its own 18 hole Championship course which offers free golf to all our guests.

The Royal North Devon Golf Club, also within easy reach of the hotel, is the oldest links course in the country and Ilfracombe, a picturesque town on the North Devon coast, is home to a winding hilltop course which offers fantastic views.
